10月20日，中国共产党第二十届中央委员会第四次全体会议在北京举行，会议将为未来五年中国发展擘画蓝图。
今年以来，习近平总书记为谋划好“十五五”提供科学指引，在上海他主持召开部分省区市“十五五”时期经济社会发展座谈会，并发表重要讲话。
在“十五五”规划编制工作开展网络征求意见活动前，他强调要坚持科学决策、民主决策、依法决策，并专门对研究吸收网民意见建议作出重要指示。
在浙江工作期间，习近平同志深入基层调研，把顶层设计和问计于民统一起来，广泛凝聚共识。
“十五五”时期是浙江省基本实现共同富裕、基本实现高水平现代化承上启下的关键时期。忠实践行“八八战略”，浙江正深入学习领会习近平总书记关于“十五五”规划的重要指示精神，深入谋划一批事关浙江长远发展、事关全局和根本的重大项目、重大举措、重大改革，坚定扛起“经济大省挑大梁”的责任担当，奋力谱写中国式现代化浙江新篇章。
